What it does and when to use it

Use this mode if you shoot your products on a store mannequin or a ghost mannequin. The mannequin is removed from the image and the product is moved onto a realistic model. The flow is the same as Flat lay to on model: main product type, slots, models, size, poses, background and summary.

Step by step

  1. Step 1: Open the mode

On the Create screen choose the Mannequin to on model card.

  2. Step 2: Upload the mannequin photo

Drop the image onto Upload a mannequin photo to begin and pick Top, Bottom or Full body as the Main product type. If needed, fill the empty slots from the Ready-made piece library.

  3. Step 3: Pick models and size

In the Models step select up to 4 models, then confirm the size in Customize models.

  4. Step 4: Pick poses and a background

Select up to 4 poses in Poses and a backdrop in Backgrounds. A background is required in this mode.

  5. Step 5: Summary and generation

On the Summary screen check the photo count and the Total: … credits; you can change the ratio and resolution under Advanced. Press Generate.

What the mannequin photo should look like

Good lighting, single-colour backdropReflective glass or mirrors
Wrinkle-free, well-fitted garmentClips, pins or tags left on the mannequin

Credits and time

Pricing is the same as the flat-lay mode: by default 1 credit per photo; premium models/poses, indoor/outdoor backgrounds and 2K/4K resolution add credits. The exact amount is shown on the Summary screen; credits for photos that cannot be produced are refunded.

Common problems

Should I choose flat lay or mannequin?

Choose by the type of photo: if the product is laid out on a flat surface, use the flat-lay mode; if it is on a mannequin, use this mode.

Traces of the mannequin remain in the result.

Open the photo on the project page, press Report a problem and mark the problem area: Reporting a problem with a photo.

Can I use it for children’s products?

Yes. This mode supports child models; open the Children tab in the Models step. Child models are used with children’s poses only.
