How credits work
What one credit buys, which add-ons cost extra, when credits are held and how they are refunded when a generation fails.
On this page
How many credits does it cost?
One credit is one model × pose frame at standard resolution. The cost of an output is the base price plus any add-ons you choose:
| Item | Credits |
|---|---|
| Photo: On-model, Flat lay, Mannequin, Editorial | 1 / photo |
| Short video (single clip) | 5 |
| Multi-shot film | 5 × number of shots (shown on the template card) |
| Cosmetics video | 14–27 (depending on length and music) |
| Premium model | +1 |
| Brand-exclusive model | +2 |
| Premium pose | +1 |
| 2K resolution | +1 |
| 4K resolution | +3 |
| Indoor or outdoor background | +1 |
| Aspect ratio | Free |
Example: 2 models × 3 poses at 2K with an outdoor background = 6 photos × 3 credits = 18 credits. In Editorial the scene and background are not charged, and in video the background is not charged.
Holds and refunds
Step 1: Credits are held when you press Generate
The total is taken from your balance and shown as Reserved. If the balance is not enough, the generation does not start; there are no partial holds.
Step 2: Credits are spent for each image produced
As each image becomes ready, the credit held for it counts as spent.
Step 3: Credits for failed images come back
If an image cannot be generated or does not pass quality control, its credit is returned automatically. Credits held for queued jobs also come back when you cancel them.
The Credits page
Credits in the left menu, or the credit badge in the top bar, opens this page. The cards at the top: Available (for new generations), Reserved (held for generations in progress), Total granted and Total spent. The Credit movements list is the ledger itself: every movement and the balance at that moment.
| Movement | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Held for generation | Credits taken from the balance when a generation starts. |
| Hold released | A refund for a job that failed or was cancelled. |
| Credit purchase | A pack you bought. |
| Subscription credits | Credits that came with your plan period. |
| Bonus credits | E.g. the free trial credits. |
| Expired | Credits whose validity ended. |
How long credits last
- Pack credits: 12 months from the purchase date.
- Plan credits: expire at the end of the plan period.
- Free trial credits: do not expire.
- Each brand has its own balance; you can move credits between brands: Brands.
Common problems
I get “You do not have enough credits.”
The summary says “This run needs … credits and you have ….” and Generate stays disabled. Press Add credits to buy a pack, or make the run smaller (fewer models/poses, standard resolution). See Credit packs and plans.
The bell shows “You are running low on credits”.
It appears when your available balance drops to 5 credits or fewer. Clicking it opens the Credits page.
My balance dropped but no image arrived.
While a generation runs, its credits show as Reserved. If an image cannot be produced, its credit is returned automatically; you see a Hold released line under Credit movements.
