Managing several brands

In the app every brand is a separate organization with its own credit balance, products, projects, store connections and brand kit. Agencies and companies with several brands manage them all from one account. The Brands page lists each brand, your role there and its credit balance.

   Step 1: Open the Brands page

   Click the Active brand card at the top of the left menu, or Brands under Brand.

   Step 2: Choose the brand

   Press Switch to this brand on the row of the brand you want. The current brand is marked Active.

   Step 3: Check

   The Active brand card in the menu shows the new brand’s name. From now on, generations, credits and projects belong to this brand.

   Step 1: Open the form

   Go to the Add a brand section on the Brands page.

   Step 2: Enter the name

   Fill in Brand name and press Create brand. Whoever creates the brand becomes its owner.

   Step 1: Switch to the source brand

   Make the brand the credits come from active. The Move credits section shows its balance.

   Step 2: Choose the target and amount

   Pick the brand in Target brand and enter the number of credits in Amount.

   Step 3: Move

   Press Move; with “Credits moved.” both balances are updated.

• You need the Owner or Admin role in both brands.
• Up to 100,000 credits can be moved at a time.
• The transfer appears in the credit activity of both brands.
