Tracking a bulk job and downloading the spreadsheet
Follow a bulk job’s progress, pause and resume it, and download the spreadsheet updated with the new image URLs.

The job page
The Bulk Generation page in the left menu lists all your jobs with their product and ready-image counts. When you open a job you see its progress (e.g. “120/400 new images ready”) and these buttons:

| Open project | Opens the generated images on the project page. |
| Pause | Stops new products from being started. |
| Resume | Continues a paused job where it stopped. |
| Cancel | Ends the job. Generations already started will finish; no new product is started. |
Job statuses: Reading images, Starting, Generating, Paused, Completed, Cancelled, Failed.
Product results
In the Products list every product appears as two strips: Added are the spreadsheet images, New are the generated ones. Use the Search product code box and the All, In production, Waiting, Excluded and Unreadable filters to find a product. You don’t need to approve images one by one; every ready new image goes into the downloaded spreadsheet.
Downloading the spreadsheet
Step 1: Open the job page
Open the job from the Bulk Generation list. The Download spreadsheet button appears once at least one image is ready.
Step 2: Download the spreadsheet
Press Download spreadsheet. The file is named
<original-name>-loralook.<extension>; the columns and order are the same and only the image cells change.Step 3: Import it into your store
Upload the file in your store panel’s bulk product update screen. The new URLs are permanent, public JPEG images.
Why did the job pause?
| Reason on screen | What to do |
|---|---|
| Credits ran out. | Buy credits and press Resume; the remaining products continue where they stopped. |
| Your plan doesn’t cover the selected model or resolution. | Upgrade your plan and press Resume, or start a new job with standard models. |
| You don’t have access to one of the selected models. | Start a new job without that model. |
| This generation mode is currently disabled. | Press Resume later. |
Credits are reserved per product when its generation starts. The credits of failed images are refunded; the job page shows them as “… images could not be generated (credits refunded)”.
Product errors
“The image URL is invalid or unsafe.”
The address doesn’t start with https:// or isn’t a valid address. Fix the cell in your spreadsheet and open a new job.
“The image URL could not be reached.” / “The URL did not return an image.”
The address isn’t public, was removed or points to a web page. Open it in a browser and check that it shows the image directly.
“The image is too large (max 25 MB).”
Make the image smaller, publish it again and update its address in the spreadsheet.
“No photo with a person.”
The Swap the model method only works with photos that show a person. Use the Catalogue poses method for this product.
