The bulk generation Excel template
Supported file types, the sample template’s columns, variant rows and the rules for image URLs.
Supported files
- .xlsx and .csv files are supported, up to 20 MB.
- The old .xls format is not accepted. Open the file in Excel and save it as .xlsx.
- Product exports from Ticimax, Trendyol and ikas can be used as they are; the columns are detected automatically.
- A job uses at most 2000 products and at most 12 images per product.
The sample template
If your file isn’t detected, press Download sample template in the Is your spreadsheet not detected? Use the sample template box of the File step (loralook-bulk-template.xlsx). Delete the sample rows and add your own products. All columns are text-formatted.

SKU | The product code. Products are matched by this code in the spreadsheet you download. |
Product Name | The product name; the category and audience (women, men) are read from it. |
Image 1 … Image 8 | Public https:// image URLs. The first image becomes the cover; add Image 9, Image 10 columns if needed. |
Row and image rules
- Variants: Put the same images on every size and colour row of a product. Rows with the same images count as one product and are generated once (the Merged variant rows counter).
- Image URLs: They must be public https:// addresses. You can put several in one cell, separated by commas, semicolons, a vertical bar (
|), spaces or new lines. - Rows without images are skipped and shown in the Rows without images (skipped) counter.
- Image size: A single image can be at most 25 MB.
Editing the columns
If the detected columns are wrong in the Check step, press Edit columns and set these fields:

| Product code column | The code products are matched by in the downloaded spreadsheet. |
| Product name column | The product name; choose None if there isn’t one. |
| Image columns | The columns with image URLs; the order is the spreadsheet’s column order. |
Common problems
It says “Only .xlsx and .csv files are supported”.
Your file is .xls or another format. Use Save as in Excel to save it as .xlsx and upload it again.
“No image addresses were found in the selected image columns” warning.
Pick the right Image columns under Edit columns and make sure the cells contain addresses starting with https://.
I got “A job generates at most 2000 products”.
The extra products were not taken. Split the file into parts of 2000 products and upload each as a separate job.
