File limits

RuleValue
File typeJPEG, PNG, WebP or AVIF
Largest file25 MB
Short edgeAt least 512 pixels; 1024 pixels or more recommended
Back and detail photo (Short video only)Short edge at least 256 pixels
Image URL in bulk generationUp to 25 MB per URL, a public https address

Images with a short edge between 512 and 1023 pixels are accepted, but details (seams, patterns, labels) may come out softer. Upload 1024 pixels or more whenever you can.

You choose the product type

The system does not guess the product type from the photo; you choose it, and the model is dressed only in the type you pick:

  • Flat lay to on model and Mannequin to on model: Top, Bottom or Full body as the Main product type.
  • On-model reshoot: one of the Category chips (Top, Bottom, Dress, Outerwear, Swimwear, Shoes, Accessory).
  • You don’t have to upload a product again: pick it from Previously uploaded in the upload step.

A good product photo

ModeWhat to watch
Flat layThe whole product in frame, laid flat without creases; even light, no harsh shadows.
MannequinRemove clips, pins and tags from the mannequin; the whole product should be visible.
On modelThe product visible from top to bottom and the shot sharp; avoid cropped framing.

Common problems

“This file type is not supported.”

Save the file as JPEG, PNG, WebP or AVIF and upload it again. Convert phone formats such as HEIC first.

“This file is too large. You can upload up to 25 MB.”

Save the image at a lower quality or as WebP; you don’t need to go below 1024 pixels on the short edge.

“The image is too small. Upload an image whose short edge is at least 512 pixels.”

Upload a larger version of the original. Enlarging a small image does not add detail.

“Upload failed. Please try again.”

Check your connection and try again. If it keeps happening, open a support request (opens in a new tab).
