How store connections work
Connect your Trendyol, Hepsiburada, ikas, Shopify, IdeaSoft or Ticimax store: import products into the studio and send generated photos back.

What integrations do
The Store connections page (Store integrations) under Brand in the left menu works in both directions:
- Import: You bring products from your store into the product library together with their images (Import to studio). You then start generating from there without uploading the product again.
- Send: You add a generated photo to the product’s images in your store with Send to store on the project page. See Sending images to your store.

| Ticimax | Imports products with their images; adds generated images to the product card. |
One store per platform
You can connect only one store per platform. If you try to connect a second one you see: “You already have a store connected on this platform. Disconnect it before connecting another one.” To switch stores, first remove the current connection with Disconnect. If you run two stores on the same platform, you can connect each in a separate brand.
The platform page
Each platform has its own page, opened with Connect or Manage store from the list. The page has three sections:
- Store details: the connection status, Connected on, Last verified, and the Verify and Disconnect buttons.
- Store products: search the products in your store and bring the ones you select into the library with Import to studio. Search uses the barcode on Trendyol and Hepsiburada, the product name on ikas, Shopify and IdeaSoft, and the product card ID on Ticimax.
- Publications: images sent to this store and their approval status.

| Connected | The credentials were verified and the connection works. |
| Error | The store rejected the last request; check the details and press Verify. |
| Awaiting authorization | IdeaSoft approval has not been given yet; finish it with Authorize. |
Importing products into the studio
Step 1: Find the products
Search in the Store products section or page through the list.
Step 2: Select them and set the product type
Tick the products you want to import and choose the Product type in the studio.
Step 3: Import
Press Import to studio (n). The result tells you how many were imported, how many were already in the library and how many could not be imported.
Step 4: Start generating
Continue with Go to product library or Start generating.
Security and permissions
- Credentials are stored encrypted and never shown again. To change them, disconnect and connect again.
- Disconnect asks for confirmation: “Delete this store connection and its publishing history? Images already in your store are not affected.”
- Store connections can be managed by the Owner, Admin and Member roles; Viewer cannot manage them.
