Sign-in methods and sessions
Sign in with email and password or your Google account; session length, signing out and common sign-in errors.
Sign-in methods
| Method | How it works |

| Email and password | On the Sign in page fill in Email and Password and press Sign in. Passwords are at least 6 characters. |
| If you see a Sign in with Google button, you can sign in with your Google account. Your account is created automatically the first time you sign in with Google. |
A short security (bot) check runs before the form is sent; the button stays inactive until it passes. After signing in, the Projects page opens.
Session and signing out
- Your session stays open for 30 days and is renewed as you use the app. On a shared computer, always sign out when you are done.
- To sign out, press Sign out in the account menu at the top right. The sign-in page opens in the language you were using.
- If you have several brands, your oldest brand is active after sign-in; switch to another one from the Brands page.
Common problems
“Incorrect email or password.”
Check your email address and password. If you created your account with Google, use Sign in with Google. If you do not remember your password, see Resetting your password.
“Too many attempts.”
Too many failed attempts were made in a short time. Wait a moment and try again.
“The security check could not be completed.”
Reload the page and try again. If you use an ad or script blocker, turn it off for this page.
“We couldn’t complete sign-in with Google.”
Make sure you completed every step in the Google window and try again. If it keeps failing, sign in with email and password or open a support request (opens in a new tab).
