Roles and permissions
What the Owner, Admin, Member and Viewer roles can do in each brand.

Four roles
Roles are per brand (organization): you can be Owner in one brand and Member in another. The Brands page shows your role in each brand.
| Role | What it can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything. The only role that can transfer ownership and request account closure. Whoever creates the organization is its owner. |
| Admin | All day-to-day management: generations, products, the brand kit, credits and payments, payment receipts, store connections, the team. |
| Member | Creates generations, manages products and saved styles, uses store connections. Cannot buy credits or see payment receipts; can only view the brand kit. |
| Viewer | Can only view and download. Cannot do anything that spends credits. |

Adding people to your team
The app currently has no team invite or member management screen. To add a teammate to your brand or change their role, open a support request (opens in a new tab) with the person’s email address and the role you want to give.
