The Products page (product library)
See, search and manage the products you uploaded or imported from your store.
What Products is for
Every photo you upload for a generation is saved as a product. Under Library > Products in the left menu you see all of your organization’s products. Products you import through a store connection also land here: Store connections.
Product statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | The product is saved and waiting for preprocessing. |
| Processing | The image is being prepared for generation. |
| Ready | The product can be used in generations. |
| Failed | The image could not be processed; upload the photo again. |
Managing products
Step 1: Search
Type a product name or SKU into Search by name or SKU. Upper and lower case don’t matter.
Step 2: Add a new product
Upload product opens the Create screen; you upload the product in the first step of a creation mode.
Step 3: Reuse a saved product
In the upload step of a creation flow, pick a product of the same type from Previously uploaded; there is no need to upload it again.
Step 4: Delete a product you no longer need
The Delete button on the row removes the product from the list.
