Creating an account and an organization
Sign up with email or Google, create your organization and start with your free trial credits.
Account vs. organization
In LoraLook your account represents you and the organization represents your brand. Your products, credit balance, projects and generated images all belong to the organization. Whoever creates the organization becomes its owner.
Step by step
Step 1: Open the sign-up page
Go to Create an account on app.loralook.com (opens in a new tab). The Start free button on the website takes you there too.
Step 2: Enter your details
Fill in Full name, Email and Password. The password must be at least 6 characters. If you see a Sign up with Google button, you can continue with your Google account instead.
Step 3: Wait for the security check
A short bot check runs under the form; the Create account button becomes active once it passes.
Step 4: Create your organization
On first sign-in you see Create an organization to get started. Type your brand name into New organization name and press Create.
Step 5: Start with your trial credits
Your new organization receives free trial credits and the dashboard opens. You can start your first generation from there.
What the Free plan includes
- 10 trial credits. No credit card needed. Trial credits go to your first organization only; you can move credits to brands you add later.
- Standard resolution; 2K and 4K are on paid plans.
- Outputs carry a watermark.
- Images are kept for 7 days and then deleted automatically. Download what you need within that time.
- One generation job runs at a time.
Common problems
I get “An account with this email already exists”.
This address is already registered. Continue from Sign in; if you signed up with Google before, use Sign in with Google.
It says “Your email address is not verified yet”.
Click the link in the verification email in your inbox (check spam too). The link is valid for 1 hour; if it has expired, open a support request (opens in a new tab).
“The security check could not be completed” error.
Reload the page and try again. If you use an ad or script blocker, turn it off for this page.
